Who We Are Legal Aid of Napa Valley is a not-for-profit organization that provides free legal assistance to seniors, immigrants and low-income residents of Napa County. Legal Aid represents clients before courts and agencies, helps them obtain benefits, and protects their rights through advocacy, consultation, education and referrals. We have three legal service programs:
Legal Advice Clinics Legal Aid holds free legal advice clinics regularly at locations throughout Napa County that are convenient to individuals and families needing legal services, such as the Calistoga Family Center, the HOPE Center and homeless shelters, health clinics, safe locations for victims of domestic violence, St. John's Church, farmworker housing, the Saint Helena Family Center and other locations. People seeking legal advice may walk into the clinics to consult with a legal advocate free of charge. For more information about the times and locations of the free clinics, please call 259-0579. Immigrant Children's Outreach Project This program assists immigrant children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned obtain legal permanent residence in the United States.
